3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you enter. PE/RA professionals using certification features are solely responsible for the accuracy of certifications they submit. ComplyDesk does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data.
4. Professional Certification Disclaimer
The certification workflow in ComplyDesk is a tool to assist PE/RA professionals. The certifying professional bears full responsibility for all certifications submitted to NYC agencies. ComplyDesk makes no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of compliance calculations.
5. Limitation of Liability
ComplyDesk shall not be liable for any penalties, fines, or damages arising from use of our platform or reliance on its outputs. Users should independently verify all compliance obligations with the NYC Department of Buildings.
